Trash Service

Collection days can be found on the
Community Calendar
Weekly Curbside Collection:
  • Pickup is once per week on Tuesday.
  • Trash must be placed curbside the night before collection day, or prior to 6.00 a.m on the scheduled day of collection. 
  • Customer shall place only bagged residential solid waste on the curb to be picked up.
  • Items NOT accepted:

    • Hazardous materials

    • Liquid Waste

    • Tires

    • Animal Carcasses

    • Appliances

    • Yard Waste

    •  Bulk Items

    • Material from Construction, Remodeling, or Demolition

Bulk Collection:
  • One (1) Bulk item per household will be collected on the FIRST collection day of the month.
  • Customer shall call RTS directly to schedule the collection of additional bulk items outside of the monthly collection at (660) 784-2474.
  • Items NOT accepted:
    • Automative Batteries
    • Tires
    • Concrete
    • Automotive parts
    • Paint
    • Liquids
    • Hazardous Materials
    • Any Items Banned from Landfills by Law
